The Design Process
1-Consult
We will cover which spaces and services you are looking for. Go over our fees and costs. Answer any questions you may have. We will discuss your budget and customize a retainer fee to cover the specific needs of your project.
On-site: For all onsite visits, we require a $150 design consult fee, paid prior to consultation. Service will include a walk-through and initial design ideas.
2- Create/Collaborate
We will develop a comprehensive design packet. We will share current ideas, sample items, placement strategies, color samples and swatches for any renovations.
This is where we will partner with you to make revisions, adjust designs and create your vision.
3- Implement
During this process we will meet with contractors prior to reveal date and find the best team for the job. When looking for contractors, we will find the best option for your budget, while still maintaining and upholding our standards. Larger Items will begin to arrive and we will bring any finishing touches with us.
